Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring activities.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs and progress reports.

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals and correspondence.
• Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes; follow up on actions.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering interior fit-out and construction projects successfully. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy project management, coordination, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

Monitor project costs, procurement, and material deliveries.

Ensure project documentation, drawings, approvals, and correspondence are properly maintained.

Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action items.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to quality, budget, and timeline.

Identify project risks and assist in resolving project issues.

Support project handover, defect rectification, and project closing activities.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of project coordination or construction management experience is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is an added advantage.

Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites when required.
