Practical Fueling Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Coordinator cum Customer Service to coordinate and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.

You will follow up on timelines, handle customer enquiries, assist engineers with work orders and prepare billing data for clients based on completed works.

Candidates should have a Diploma, strong communication skills, and English/Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Experience in project coordination or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

What we're looking for:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.

Experience in project coordination, customer service or administration is an advantage.

Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are an advantage.
