Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join CCTECH International Sales & Services Sdn Bhd in a full-time position based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This role is central to ensuring the smooth execution of our projects and supporting our sales operations. The Project Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between our sales team, clients, and internal departments, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning, scheduling, and execution of sales projects from initiation through completion
• Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and progress reports to ensure all stakeholders remain informed
• Liaise between clients, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, flagging any discrepancies or cost overruns to management
• Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, proposals, and documentation as required
• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards
• Assist with scheduling meetings, arranging site visits, and coordinating logistics for project-related activities
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases for project records and client information
• Support the sales team with administrative duties including data entry, report preparation, and client follow-up
• Identify and escape project risks or issues to appropriate management personnel in a timely manner

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar administrative role within a sales or project management environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management or CRM software
• Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to identify and rectify errors before project completion
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond promptly to changing circumstances
• Customer service orientation with a commitment to maintaining professional relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst remaining accountable to management
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
