Job summary

Practical Fueling Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service petrol stations across multiple sites in Malaysia. The role covers maintenance, repair, and installation of fuel equipment, forecourt systems, and wash units.

You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure all equipment functions safely and reliably. Travel between sites, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment schematics.
• Familiarity with safety procedures in hazardous environments (e.g., IEC standards, fire safety, and fuel handling regulations).
• Ability to follow company and legal health and safety protocols.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently under pressure to resolve urgent technical issues.
• Able to handle tools and equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel between multiple station sites and work flexible hours, including weekends or nights when required.
• Possess own transport for travelling between sites.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Job description

Working Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Saturday) Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment at petrol stations, including fuel dispensers, forecourt equipment, and wash systems. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
