Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful planning and execution of projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for producing technical drawings and layout from start to as-built, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring project requirements are met

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks and deadlines

Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and records

Support team communication and organize meetings, agendas, and follow-ups

Monitor project timelines and help identify potential delays or issues

Track budgets, resources, and deliverables

Liaise with internal teams and external partners as needed

Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards

Carry out tasks and responsibilities assigned by superiors as needed

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
