Job summary

Practical Fueling Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Coordinator cum Customer Service to coordinate and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.

You will follow up on timelines, handle customer enquiries, assist engineers with work orders and prepare billing data for clients based on completed works.

Candidates should have a Diploma, strong communication skills, and English/Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Experience in project coordination or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up on project timelines, outstanding tasks and deliverables.
• Ensure all project documents and records are properly maintained.
• Assist the Engineer to close work order.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Prepare project shell and process Data Centre billing to clients based on completed works, approved work orders and relevant supporting documents.
• Handle and process Shell Work Orders, including work order documentation, verification and status tracking.
• Monitor work order status, billing progress and outstanding items
• Maintain proper records of work orders, billing documents
