Job summary

EVER CHOICE RENOVATION & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead interior design, fit-out, renovation, or construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical and site issues, review plans and schedules, monitor progress, and ensure safety and compliance while mentoring site staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in interior design, interior fit-out or construction PM.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and coordinating with clients and contractors.
• Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel to site.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards

• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, and material utilization
• Conduct and attend client/consultant meetings and site inspections
• Coordinate with Contracts Department and GM on cost control, claims, and contractual matters
• Review and endorse Variation Order (V.O.) proposals and ensure proper submission
• Ensure site operations comply with safety, quality, and client requirements
• Supervise, mentor, and guide Site Supervisors and QA/QC staff
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including Work Schedule, Progress Reports, RFI Records, VO and Claim Documents, Site Meeting Minutes, and Safety & Quality Compliance Reports
