Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and workmanship to meet drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers, and suppliers for productivity and quality.
• Inspect works for defects and rectify non-conformities.
• Track materials delivery, usage, and storage to minimize waste.
• Maintain site housekeeping and safety.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, QS, clients, and consultants on site matters.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates and action items.
• Prepare daily site reports, photos, and project documentation.
• Assist PM in resolving site issues and ensuring on-time completion.
• Support handover, defect inspection, and DLP rectification.

Job description

We are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have good site coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Ensure all site activities comply with company SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project requirements.

Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure productivity, work quality, and timely completion.

Inspect completed works and identify any defects, discrepancies, or non-compliance issues for rectification.

Monitor material deliveries, usage, and storage to minimize wastage and ensure materials are available according to project requirements.

Maintain proper site housekeeping and ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe.

Liaise and coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, QS, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on site matters.

Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, site issues, delays, and required actions.

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, site photos, and other required project documentation.

Assist the Project Manager in resolving site issues and ensuring projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Support project handover, defect inspection, and rectification works during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in interior fit-out, renovation, construction, or related industries.

Able to read and understand construction drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Good knowledge of site coordination, workmanship standards, and construction processes.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites when required.
