Job summary

BT SETIA SDN BHD is seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Construction Manager to lead multiple worksites in Malaysia. The role focuses on coordinating contractors, vendors, and engineers to meet project goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will prepare estimates, budgets, and schedules, identify risks, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. A strong background in Civil Engineering and at least five years in construction are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering is required.
• At least five years of construction experience is required.
• Knowledge of building-code requirements and scheduling methods.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other specialists working on a project.

• Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process to ensure that the work environment is acceptable and that tools and equipment are in good working condition.
