Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in project management within the construction and building industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing building construction projects from inception to completion, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in this specific area.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and building engineering practices.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Mandarin being a significant advantage.
Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Malaysia.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline for a 100-person construction company.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management, leveraging extensive experience in building construction.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures and safety protocols throughout the construction process, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met and all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and close‑out documents, maintaining accurate records for all project activities.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and timely delivery of materials and services.
Utilize expertise in Civil Engineering and Building Engineering principles to resolve technical challenges and ensure the structural integrity and functionality of constructed facilities.
