Job summary

Bitsmedia is seeking an experienced Programmatic Ads Lead to own the ad revenue P&L for a high-traffic digital platform. You will steer monetization architecture, spearhead native ad integration, and balance revenue with a premium user experience.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Data teams, manage a small programmatic execution team, and drive the Prebid ecosystem to scale ad monetization globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ad monetization on digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership of ad revenue for a high-traffic platform.
• Lead and mentor a small programmatic execution team.
• Oversee GAM/AdMob stack and ad mediation/Waterfalls.
• Drive native ad formats, in-app bidding and Prebid expansion.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Data to align monetization and user experience.
