Job summary

Bitunix Fintech LLC is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Programmatic Lead to build and manage our global programmatic media buying function across web and mobile, working with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Moloco, Applovin, Liftoff.

You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and retargeting campaigns, collaborate with Martech, Data, and Creative teams, and drive performance across high-growth regions and regulated verticals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs.
• Experience in regulated or complex verticals (fintech, CFD, crypto, gaming, online gambling, unlisted apps) is a strong advantage.
• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global programmatic strategies across Display, Native, Video, and mobile app campaigns.
• Manage DSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Liftoff, Applovin, Moloco, StackAdapt, etc.
• Build campaigns tailored to platform strengths (prospecting, retargeting, geo/language segmentation).
• Create granular audience segments using 1st/2nd/3rd party data and set up custom bidding logic.
• Own optimization levers: bidding, creative rotation, timing, device priority; monitor CPA/ROAS/LTV/CTR.
