Job summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead and mentor a team of Product Managers while owning the Advanced Ads product strategy and growth. You will shape the product operating model, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the product delivers measurable business impact at scale.

You will operate in a fully remote, globally distributed environment, collaborating with teams across marketing, engineering, and analytics to maximize publisher revenue and product value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs.
• Experience in adtech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Product Operating Model across MonetizeMore.
• Mentor and coach other Product Managers to improve craft, execution, and strategy.
• Drive strategy, growth, and execution for Advanced Ads and related product lineage.
• Define long-term product vision and align roadmap with ROI and LTV targets.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Eng, Design, and Growth for successful adoption.
• Shape resource plans and organizational design to enable product success.
