Job summary

Bitunix Fintech LLC is seeking a Paid Search & Display Lead with advanced expertise across web and mobile acquisition channels to drive performance at scale. This role will own the full-funnel user growth lifecycle from traffic expansion to conversion, retention, and LTV optimization across global markets.

You will lead paid search and display strategies across Google, Bing, and top DSPs such as DV360, Liftoff, Applovin, Moloco, and more.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years in paid media or performance marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads, YouTube Ads.
• DSP platforms: Applovin, Liftoff, Moloco, DV360.
• Attribution tools: AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase.
• Experience managing performance campaigns for web and mobile.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with CAC, ROAS and LTV optimization.
• Strong grasp of user funnels, audience segmentation and channel nuances.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Preferred: CFD, crypto exchang, gambling, casino gaming, or non-listed app promotion.
• Experience handling budgets over $1 Million and cloaking.
• Must be able to talk Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead global search and display advertising across Google Ads, Bing and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage user acquisition from awareness to install, retention and re-engagement.
• Test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Scale programmatic media buying across global markets and develop channel partnerships.
• Coordinate with regional teams for local execution (Russia, LATAM, SEA).
• Work with Creative, MarTech and affiliate teams for performance growth.
• Monitor funnel analytics and attribution to drive LTV improvements.
• Report progress to Growth/Performance leads and align campaigns with broader goals.
