Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) seeks a Senior Ad Monetisation Specialist – Web & App to own and optimise our ad monetisation setup end to end. You will configure AdMob, Google Ad Manager, mediation, and programmatic demand while optimizing fill rate, eCPM, and ARPU across web and mobile apps.

The role requires hands-on implementation, collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Finance, and a focus on incremental revenue without harming user experience. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AdMob and Google Ad Manager.
Proven ability to optimise ad yield and revenue.
Experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
Experience with A/B testing and experiments.

Responsibilities

Own the ad monetisation strategy across web and mobile apps.
Configure and optimise AdMob, Google Ad Manager, mediation, and demand partners.
Audit setups to improve fill rate and eCPM.
Design ad unit structures across brands, platforms, countries, user segments, and placements.
Set up mediation groups, bidding, waterfalls, and country-level strategies.
Troubleshoot revenue issues including no-fill and policy constraints.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Marketing.
Provide weekly reporting and insights to leadership.
