MonetizeMore, a global leader in ad tech and a 100% remote company, seeks a Group Product Manager to mentor PMs and own the Advanced Ads product. You will shape the product operating model and align teams around outcomes that drive publishers’ revenue.

You will lead strategy, growth, and end‑to‑end execution, champion data‑informed decisions, and coach a cross‑functional group to ship results that matter while maintaining a flexible, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years mentoring PMs.
• Experience in Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem a plus.
• Strong data-driven decision making and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & product operating model excellence.
• Mentorship & coaching of PMs to elevate craft and execution.
• Prioritize for outcomes over output and coach teams on ROI and impact.
• Standardize frameworks: product trio, data-informed decisions, rapid prototyping.
• Foster Kaizen via structured retrospectives and continuous feedback loops.
• Owns strategic direction for Advanced Ads and integration into MonetizeMore ecosystem.
• Lead continuous discovery to validate usability, feasibility, viability and value.
• Own monetization strategy and GTM, focus on LTV and MRR growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design and Growth to ensure adoption and commercialization.
• Define long-term needs and organizational design for product success.
