Job summary

Welcome Air-Tech Malaysia is seeking a qualified engineer to supervise production teams and ensure adherence to customer specifications. The role emphasizes efficient use of manpower, equipment, materials, and strict maintenance to reduce waste.

The candidate will schedule production plans, work with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, and coordinate with sales and logistics to align production with demand while maintaining inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office Suite skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production team to meet quality targets using manpower, equipment and materials efficiently.
• Schedule production planning and initiate production activities.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials are ready and delivered on schedule.
• Liaise with sales and logistics to adjust production schedules as needed.
• Monitor process records and inventory levels to prevent shortages.

Enhancing operating efficiency & productivity by the effective maintenance of equipment and reducing waste.

Supervise the production team to archieve production quality target through optimum ultilization of manpower, equipment and material.

Monitor records of process parameters, equipment and staff performance and take necessary preventive measures.

Ensure that products are in compliance with customers' specification.

To schedule production planning and initiate.

Procurement process by hand over information to procurement department.

Ensure raw materials are ready and delivered to factory according to production schedule by update with supplier and procurement department.

Confirm specification drawings to supplier, for certain special part / equipment which required drawing confirmation.

Work closely on sales and logistic department on production schedule, re-schedule whenever required.

Work closely on with material control on inventory level.

Job Requirement :

Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD.
