Job summary

• 2–3 years hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Pro-active with excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production operations to meet daily targets.
• Maximize machine capacity and process efficiency to cut costs.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for productivity.
• Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing techniques or equipment.
• Analyze production data and track performance and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to drive quality improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics and maintenance to align targets with schedules.
• Certify and train workers, ensure 5S and safety rules are followed.
• Carry out project works as assigned.

• Supervise and ensuring all production operations and activities to meet daily target.
• Review and responsible to maximize the efficiency of machine capacity and process in order to increase productivity and lower production cost.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing techniques or equipment.
• Compile, analyze production data and track production performance and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Department to identify and implement on-going quality improvement.
• Work alongside logistics, and maintenance teams to align production targets with inventory schedules and shipping commitments.
• Certify, train and upgrade workers skill and knowledge through identified training programme.
• Ensure discipline, safety rules, and 5S practices are consistently followed within the work area.
• Carry out project works as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or equivalent qualifications.
