Job summary

SJ Circle Sdn. Bhd. is expanding a new operation in Kulim Industrial Estate, Kedah, and seeks a proactive operations professional to oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth shift handovers, maintain housekeeping, and support planning and scheduling.

You will compile daily reports, perform ERP data entry for finished goods and materials, conduct weekly reconciliations, assist warehouse counts, and support safety and social activities as required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Professional Certificate in any field
• Preferably with working experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Work Experience At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Responsibilities

• To implement and ensure overall production arrangement running smoothly and accordingly.
• To Check and ensure shift Production report tally with physical finish good.
• To ensure standard housekeeping practice & maintain discipline at all time.
• To Support planning Job and production schedule.
• To compile the Operation report Production daily report/Quality report/Eng. Report.
• To do data entry in system (ERP) in and out finish good and material.
• To do weekly reconciliation finish good and material.
• Helping production and warehouse do mothly physical count.
• Helping Any Operation Activity/social linkage activity/Sport activity and factory dinner.
• To support urgent task from superior.
• To support safety team activity.
• Any other task that deemed necessary by Superior.

New Operation start in JAN 2016 with new machineries at a new factory premises.

Our market base is mainly for export to Asia Pacific countries. Our products are innovative and dynamic, we design wider product range for general market as well as premium market. We have applied patents and registered industrial design for some of our products and process.

Our current factory facility is able to cater for 4 fully automated lines at 60,000 sq ft premises. Manufacturing processes are situated in a clean and controlled environment.

Our top management has vast experience and good exposure in diaper industry and hygienic product markets for over 10 years. At present, diaper pant manufacturing is more niche than other hygienic products in Malaysia, and this market can grow exponentially because most of the market regions are still untapped.

Our goals are to grow and expand the business 2-3 folds in the next 5 years.
