Job summary

SJ Circle Sdn. Bhd. is a dynamic manufacturer of baby disposable diaper pants located at Kulim Industrial Estate, Kedah. New Operation start in JAN 2016 with new machineries at a new factory premises.

Our market base is mainly for export to Asia Pacific countries. Our products are innovative and dynamic, we design wider product range for general market as well as premium market. We have applied patents and registered industrial design for some of our products and process.

Qualifications

• Experience with packaging operations and procedures.
• Ability to operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Skills in troubleshooting equipment problems promptly.
• Commitment to safety policies and compliance standards.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Attention to detail in daily production tasks.
• Ability to follow written work instructions accurately.
• Good communication with shift leaders and peers.
• Manual handling of packing materials and pallets.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging operations as per the customer orders.
• Operate packaging machinery effectively to avoid any accidents.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems in a timely manner to avoid any delays and standby time.
• Complete packaging orders within the deadlines.
• Clean up work area at the end of every shift.
• Complete daily production reports and submit to Leader.
• Load bag and cartons on pallets manually as needed.
• Ensure in compliance with operational policies and safety standards.
• Assist colleagues in their job duties when needed.
• Notify Leader about equipment and production problems.

Perform packaging operations as per the customer orders.

Operate packaging machinery effectively to avoid any accidents.

Troubleshoot equipment problems in a timely manner to avoid any delays and standby time.

Complete packaging orders within the deadlines.

Clean up work area at the end of every shift.

Complete daily production reports and submit to Leader.

Load bag and cartons on pallets manually as needed.

Our current factory facility is able to cater for 4 fully automated lines at 60,000 sq ft premises. Manufacturing processes are situated in a clean and controlled environment.

Our top management has vast experience and good exposure in diaper industry and hygienic product markets for over 10 years. At present, diaper pant manufacturing is more niche than other hygienic products in Malaysia, and this market can grow exponentially because most of the market regions are still untapped.

Our goals are to grow and expand the business 2-3 folds in the next 5 years.
