Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing activities and lead a hands-on team. You will ensure targets are met, plan manpower, monitor quality and efficiency, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.

The role requires 2–3 years in production, strong leadership and English/Bahasa Malaysia communication, and willingness to work overtime. Applicants should be disciplined and capable of independent problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in paper, carton, printing, or packaging.
• Experience supervising production workers preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Able to work independently and solve production-related problems.
• Responsible and disciplined, willing to work hands-on with the team.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Track attendance, discipline, and performance; allocate daily work.
• Identify production problems and take corrective actions.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements
• Monitor production progress, productivity, product quality, and work efficiency
• Ensure production processes are carried out according to company SOP and work instructions
• Monitor machines, materials, and production output to minimize downtime and wastage
• Coordinate with the Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve production issues
• Ensure workers follow company rules, safety requirements, and proper working procedures
• Monitor workers' attendance, discipline, performance, and daily work allocation
• Identify production problems and take appropriate corrective action
• Maintain proper production records and prepare daily/weekly production reports

About you
