Job summary

The Origin Foods Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Administration Clerk to support the Production department. You will handle documentation, filing and clerical tasks, print daily Job Orders, and input BOM, SFI, and SFU data in the ERP system to track materials used and outputs.

You will also record rejects and wastage, maintain inventory, and prepare daily to quarterly production reports. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in office administration or other clerical tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Print out Job Order every day and pass to Production Executive for job arrangement.
• Key in BOM, SFI and update SFU in ERP system to record quantity and GRIS number of raw materials and WIP used.
• Update all reject, wastage and back-flushed materials and WIP in ERP system.
• Maintain proper document filing and data entry accuracy.
• Maintain production inventory: stationery, utensils, tools, and consumables.
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and summaries.
• Assist Production Supervisor/Executive/Manager with documents and records as required.

Job description

Responsible for effective and efficient handling of Production department's documentations, filling and all other related clerical tasks within the department.

To assists Production Supervisor/ Executive/ Manager in preparing and issuing of documents and records.

· Print out Job Order every day and pass to Production Executive for job arrangement.

Key in Build-Of-Material (BOM), Shop-Floor-Input (SFI) and update Shop-Floor-Update (SFU) in ERP system to record the quantity and GRIS Number of the raw materials and WIP been used in a job and output of the job.

Update all reject, wastage and back-flushed raw materials and WIP in the ERP system.

Ensure proper document filing and accuracy of data entry.

Maintain stationery, utensils, tools, or all consumable item in Production inventory for production operations.

Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly production report and summary.

To perform task and work requirement as and when required and assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification.

At least 1 year of experience in office administration or other clerical tasks.

Good organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Quick learner and attention to details.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
