Job summary

De First Food Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking a production operator to monitor daily production progress and ensure production activities follow the schedule. You will track hourly outputs and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain production flow.

You will report delays, machine breakdowns, material shortages, and manpower issues to the supervisor, maintain production records, assist with stock counts, and support continuous improvement to reduce losses and

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production progress and ensure all production activities are carried out according to the production schedule.
• Follow up with each production process to ensure products are completed within the planned timeline.
• Record hourly and daily production output accurately.
• Monitor and record production wastage, rejects, and downtime during production.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports, wastage reports, and production records.
• Update production status and report delays, machine breakdowns, material shortages, or manpower issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager immediately.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QC, and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Verify that production records are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Assist in monitoring raw material usage and finished goods quantities.
• Ensure all production documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Assist during stock counts and production reconciliation when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production losses and improve efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
