Job summary

Innovalues in Malaysia is seeking a Production Monitor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production and adherence to schedules. You will perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting, while assisting in resolving issues to minimize downtime.

You will support preventive maintenance, maintain records, and drive process improvements to meet quality specifications. Training operators and enforcing safety and 5S standards on the line are key responsibilities.
