Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Line Supervisor to update daily production schedules and arrange lines to meet output goals. You will match planner quantities to customer loading requirements and work with line leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, plus knowledge of 5S and safety standards. Overtime may be required as needed to meet delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Familiar with line arrangement, problem solving, machine trouble shooting, manpower control and meeting delivery dates.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the daily production schedule.

• Monitor production line outputs against set target goals

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
