Job summary

TONGDA SMART TECH (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd – Kota, Kedah is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate production teams to meet quality, quantity, and safety targets.

You will monitor production workflow, provide on-the-job training, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance to address production-related issues. You will generate production reports and assist in planning and scheduling to optimise operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating production teams to meet quality, quantity and safety targets
• Monitoring workflow and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Providing on-the-job training and coaching to production personnel
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace
• Collaborating with QA and maintenance to address production issues
• Generating production reports and analyzing data to identify optimisation
• Assisting in developing and implementing production plans and schedules
