Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure output targets, and maintain quality standards. You will lead and mentor Supervisors, Leaders and Operators, promote 5S practices, troubleshoot issues, conduct safety inspections, and collaborate with Planning, QA, Tooling, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.

• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Supervise mold changes, machine setups, and production start-ups.
• Lead and mentor Production Supervisors, Leaders, and Operators.
• Evaluate team member performance and recommend improvements or disciplinary action when needed.
• Promote and implement 5S practices in the production area.
• Assist in troubleshooting process abnormalities and machine-related issues.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and report hazards or incidents.
• Work closely with Planning, QA, Tooling, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to production and quality standards.
• To perform any other duties as instructed by the Management as at when required.
