Job summary

De First Food Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in Gombak, Selangor seeks a Production Operator to monitor daily production progress and ensure activities follow the production schedule. You will follow up with each production process to meet planned timelines and record outputs accurately.

You will monitor wastage, downtime, and rejects, prepare daily reports, and report delays or machine issues to the supervisor immediately.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production progress and ensure activities follow the production schedule.
• Follow up each production process to ensure products meet planned timelines.
• Record hourly and daily production output accurately.
• Monitor and record wastage, rejects and downtime during production.
• Prepare and maintain daily production and wastage reports and records.
• Update production status and report delays, machine breakdowns, material shortages, or manpower issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QC and Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Verify production records are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Assist in monitoring raw material usage and finished goods quantities.
• Ensure all production documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Assist during stock counts and production reconciliation when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production losses and improve efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QC, and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Verify that production records are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Ensure all production documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Assist during stock counts and production reconciliation when required.
