Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production support assistant to help supervise daily production activities at the Shah Alam site, Malaysia. The role involves coordinating with operators, ensuring schedules are followed, and contributing to safe, efficient production.

You will monitor attendance and overtime records, assist in printing production schedules, and help maintain alignment with the production plan while upholding workplace safety and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily production activities.
• Assist in monitoring production targets.
• Ensure operators have the latest SOPs and work instructions.
• Assist in monitoring attendance, discipline, and overtime records.
• Print and attach production schedules prepared by PCL at each machine.
• Safety: Support a safe working environment.
• Delivery: Support the achievement of the production schedule.
• Productivity: Support efforts to maximize output using available resources.
