Job summary

Hong Seng Assembly Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Administrator to support stock control and general administration for lorries and production operations in Malaysia. You will maintain stock movement records, handle paperwork, and ensure accurate inventory updates, working closely with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Able to handle paperwork and basic inventory records.
• Willing to travel out for work-related tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stock take for lorries and ensure stock records are updated accurately.
• Maintain and update stock movement records, inventory records, and related documentation.
• Prepare and handle general paperwork related to stock, lorries, production, and operational matters.
• Coordinate and communicate with China workers and assist in translating instructions to foreign workers when required.
• Assist in liaising with government officers or relevant authorities when necessary.
• Assist with outdoor tasks, including document submission, collection, and other work-related errands.
• Assist in counting and checking production inventory when stock arrives.
• Support daily administrative and operational duties as assigned by the superior.
