Job summary

SANY Group is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Malaysia. You will support daily warehouse operations, order fulfilment, and administrative processes, coordinating with Warehouse, Transportation, Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth order to delivery.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics or related field, basic warehouse experience, and proficiency in Excel and data entry.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Basic experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience with logistics or warehouse systems is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination across departments.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow tasks through to completion.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle pressure.
• Basic computer skills especially Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse administrative activities including payment preparation and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor outbound order process from picking to shipping, delivery, reconciliation, returns, POD and invoicing.
• Update and maintain logistics information in the ITMS system, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Transportation, Sales and Service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Assist with stock counting, cycle counts and warehouse housekeeping.
• Manage documentation, filing, record-keeping and data tracking.
• Provide support to warehouse operations including basic picking tasks and on-site coordination.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
