Job summary

TRANSPAK PENANG SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Administrator to support MPS planning, schedule updates, and coordination across production, logistics, and admin teams. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, routine inventory counts, and ensuring on-time deliveries in Penang.

The successful candidate will handle communication with department leaders, monitor production progress, and back up related admin duties as needed, while adhering to QMS requirements and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer trigger emails and update delivery schedule (date and quantity).
• Inform Production of latest MPS plan and distribute schedules to Leaders.
• Follow up on production progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Review MPS movements to prevent delivery delays.
• Communicate with department supervisors and Leaders about changes.
• Liaise with Logistics on transport arrangements.
• Maintain and file documents used and prepared.
• Assist with month-end inventory count.
• Back up other Production Admin tasks as needed.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
• Understand requirements for a QMS, including documented information and process interactions.
