Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Admin to support the production department with administrative tasks and to help ensure smooth production processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate production planning, maintain records, and liaise across departments to secure timely material delivery.

This role requires a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related fields, with 2–4 years’ experience in production or admin roles within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field(s).
• 2-4 years of experience in production or admin roles, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily production planning and scheduling by coordinating with the production team.
• Maintain and update production records, including inventory, job orders, and material usage.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely material delivery and stock availability.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and generating production reports.
• Monitor and track production output and work closely with supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
• Coordinate with HR and finance on payroll, overtime, and other production-related expenses.
