Job summary

Linktel Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks an experienced Admin staff in the manufacturing sector to coordinate pre-job training, manage employee records, and oversee MES permissions within the production environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of admin experience in manufacturing, with strong English, Malay, and Chinese communication. SPM or a diploma/degree is required, and the role includes warehousing and ad-hoc duties related to production.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or degree holder.
• 1-3 years working experience in admin role (manufacturing industry).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Melayu & Chinese (added advantage due to business nature).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tracking and confirmation of pre-job theoretical training, pre-job practical training and other training for new employees in the production department.
• Responsible for the issuance and recycling of production employee employment certificates, MES permission configuration and deletion, personnel file archiving management, etc.
• Statistical staff turnover rate.
• Production supplies room management: distribution and statistics of consumables and accessories in the production department; procurement of consumables in spare parts room and establish safety inventory.
• Confirm defective products in the workshop, repairs, material replacement, etc.; establish whether repair personnel skills are up to standard.
• Check, loading, issuing and retrieving materials in the workshop; workshop warehousing, warehouse withdrawal, material return.
• Other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
