Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail associate to welcome shoppers and assist on the shop floor. You will greet customers, offer baskets, check stock, and share product information to help buyers choose items.

Role requires a Diploma/Bachelor degree or higher, strong English communication, and flexibility for shift work including weekends and public holidays. You will be part of a team, learn our training plans, and uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree or higher.
• Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets.
• Provide product assistance and advise on wearability.
• Act as product specialist and share knowledge.
• Follow training plans and self-learn on products and services.
• Ask supervisor when in doubt and take ownership of products.
• Understand item selling points and suggest ideas to improve buying.
• Respect colleagues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Be polite, a team player and respect others' space.
• No gossip or negative talk.
