Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia invites applications for an on-site retail assistant to greet customers, maintain shelves, and assist shoppers with product information and sizing. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, strong English communication, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good in English (communication, reading and writing).
• Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
• Have strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Clean fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets.
• Assist customers with products and advise on wear.
• Be our product specialist.
• Follow training plan and self-learn about products and services.
• Check and ask superior when in doubt.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility.
• Understand selling points and propose ideas to improve for customers.
• Respect the working environment and your colleagues.
• Be polite, a team player, and respect space of others.
• Avoid gossip and small talks that may hurt feelings.
