Job summary

upscale is seeking a seasoned presales professional to lead POS & AIDC solutions in Malaysia. You will head presales activities, coordinate demos, and provide technical guidance to software partners, resellers, and system integrators.

You will liaise with vendors to align with sales targets and conduct product trainings and workshops for partners and internal staff. A Degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Business and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years presales or solution experience in POS, AIDC, or IT distribution.
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Business.
• Strong vendor and partner management skills.
• Excellent communication and solution-selling capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities for POS & AIDC product solutions.
• Manage and control demo units (setup, readiness, allocation).
• Provide technical consultation and solution proposals to software partners (ISVs, resellers, and system integrators).
• Liaise with vendors to align with vendor sales targets.
