Job summary

Powercomp Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a B2B Solution Sales Executive to drive retail tech and AI solutions across Malaysia. The role covers solution mapping, business development, and key account management for retail, pharmacy, and supermarket operators.

Ideal candidates hold SPM/STPM or a diploma/degree, with own transport and willingness to travel. Experience in B2B sales is a plus, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
• Experience in B2B or commercial sales is an advantage.
• Passionate about technology, fintech and the retail space.
• Fast learner and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Solution mapping & technical consultation to tailor solutions.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across enterprise retail accounts.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for order fulfillment and deployment schedules.
• Prepare competitive quotations and present customized project pitches from POC to deployment.

Solution Mapping & Technical Consultation: Actively assess client operational pain points and map tailored solutions leveraging our product portfolio.

Business Development & Pipeline Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across enterprise retail accounts, pharmacy chains, and independent supermarket operators.

Key Account Management: Coordinate smoothly with technical and operations teams to oversee order fulfillment, deployment schedules, and after-sales escalation support.

Commercial Proposals & Deal Closing: Prepare competitive quotations and present customized project pitches from POC to deployment.

Who are we looking for?

SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.

Own transport preferable and willing to travel outstation.

Relevant experience in B2B or commercial sales is an advantage.

Passionate about technology, fintech and the retail space.

Fast learner and ability to work independently and collaborate between team member to meet objectives or timeline set.

Presentable with great communication skills.

Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
