Job summary

Softenger (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator (Product Operations Engineer) to support and drive configuration services and complex customer projects. You will coordinate across Global Program Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, creating profiles in Financial Force, tracking through lifecycle, and reporting progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, PM, or related field.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Technical understanding of PC operating systems and deployment environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate Configuration Services projects from initiation to delivery.
Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force.
Submit and track projects through the engineering lifecycle.
Coordinate setup of project-specific part numbers and system configurations.
Organize interdepartmental activities across sales, engineering, and operations.
Provide regular status updates and reporting.
Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive issue resolution.
Work with client systems and deployment toolsets; assist in planning and oversight.
