Job summary

Global Lancesoft is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the execution of complex customer projects in a fast-paced environment in Malaysia. You will review documentation, create project profiles in FF, and monitor engineering lifecycles while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

You will manage part numbers, configurations, and system requirements, track milestones, identify risks, and deliver regular status reports.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects.
• Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF).
• Submit, monitor, and track projects through the engineering lifecycle.
• Coordinate project-specific part numbers, configurations, and system requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalates where required.
• Prepare and provide regular project status updates and reports.
