You will coordinate across Global Program Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, creating profiles in Financial Force, tracking through lifecycle, and reporting progress.

Qualifications

Project Coordinator (Product Operations Engineer)

This role sits within client's End User Computing (EUC) Operational Team and is responsible for supporting and executing configuration services and custom client projects.

The individual will manage and coordinate activities across Global Program Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of customer solutions. The role acts as a key liaison between stakeholders and ensures project execution from initiation through delivery, meeting quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

Support Configuration Services Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects.

Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF).

Submit and track projects through engineering lifecycle.

Coordinate setup of project-specific part numbers and system configurations.

Organize interdepartmental activities across sales, engineering, and operations.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues as needed.

Provide regular status updates and reporting.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as primary liaison between Project Managers, Project Engineering, Sales, Customers, and Operations.

Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Participate in customer meetings, discussions, and planning sessions.

Act as day-to-day point of contact for project-related activities.

Delivery & Quality Management

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Assist in project planning including schedules, resources, and governance.

Support quality assurance and validation of deliverables.

Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive issue resolution.

Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.

Operational & Technical Support

Work with client systems and tools.

Support deployment toolsets and configuration services execution.

Assist in implementation planning and delivery oversight.
