Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Support Configuration Services Project Manager to help execute complex customer projects. You will review documentation, create FF profiles, and track projects through engineering lifecycle while coordinating part numbers and configurations.

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's or diploma-equivalent, 2+ years in related roles, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or diploma/equivalent experience.
2+ years experience in project coordination, project/program management, sales operations, or similar roles (Coordinator levels).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF).
Submit and track projects through engineering lifecycle.
Coordinate setup of project-specific part numbers and system configurations.
Organize interdepartmental activities across sales, engineering, and operations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
Provide regular status updates and reporting.
Serve as primary liaison between Project Managers, Project Engineering, Sales, Customers, and Operations.
Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Participate in customer meetings, discussions, and planning sessions.
Act as day-to-day point of contact for project-related activities.
