Job summary

Softenger in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator (Product Operations Engineer) to support EUC Operational Team, coordinating configuration services and client projects across Global Program Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.

The role acts as a primary liaison between stakeholders, ensures project execution from initiation through delivery, and focuses on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction while managing risks and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Technical understanding of PC operating systems and deployment environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Configuration Services Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects.
• Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF).
• Submit and track projects through engineering lifecycle.
• Coordinate setup of project-specific part numbers and system configurations.
• Organize interdepartmental activities across sales, engineering, and operations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues as needed.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting.
