Job summary

HP in Malaysia (Penang) seeks a Project Coordinator for a small-scale engineering program. You will coordinate development and implementation, and build real-time dashboards to track engineering metrics.

You will assist in engineering change notices, BOM creation, and admin tasks, manage risks, prepare status reports, and draft statements of work and quotes for engineering services; mentoring junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of related work experience, preferably in general administrative work or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and preparing status reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a small-scale engineering program across functions driving development and implementation.
• Create custom reports and dashboards to monitor real-time engineering metrics.
• Assist with engineering change notices, BOM creation and related administrative tasks.
• Proactively plan and track risk, compile project status reports, and coordinate schedules.
• Draft statements of work and quotes for engineering services; support project workflow and close.

Education

High School Diploma/GED/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience
