Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or related field (preferred) or diploma/equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF).
• Submit and track projects through engineering lifecycle.
• Coordinate setup of project-specific part numbers and system configurations.
• Organize interdepartmental activities across sales, engineering, and operations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues as needed.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting.
• Serve as primary liaison between Project Managers, Project Engineering, Sales, Customers, and Operations.
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in customer meetings, discussions, and planning sessions.
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for project-related activities.
