Job summary

UG Healthcare Corporation in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a proactive candidate to assist the Contract & Procurement team with purchase orders, supplier quotations, and supplier registration.

You will coordinate delivery schedules, manage price lists in the ERP, issue PDCN/DCN when required, and handle ad-hoc tasks to support sourcing operations. This role is suited for someone pursuing or holding a degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in procurement processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders upon approved PRs or MOFs.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers within approved authority limits.
• Update supplier price lists upon approval.
• Register new suppliers and materials in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, quality issues, and documentation.
• Issue Product Data Change Notices (PDCN) and Document Change Notices (DCN) when required.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required.
