RPG Commerce Malaysia is seeking a proactive Procurement Intern to support our Supply Chain & Operations team. You will gain hands-on exposure to procurement, production scheduling, delivery scheduling, and continuous improvement projects in a fast-paced omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (SCM/Logistics/BA).
• Internship duration of at least 3 months; starting September 2026.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently while collaborating in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain procurement data including SKU, supplier, pricing, lead times.
• Follow up on PO status and production schedules with suppliers.
• Track order status and delivery dates; report delays.
• Provide administrative support and supplier updates as needed.
