Job summary

Qualifications

• Mandarin speaking and writing is a MUST to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts from local and overseas vendors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders, ensure timely production and track order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for stock management.
• Conduct quality checks on received products before delivery.
