We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Executive to manage the full cycle of material procurement, importation, shipping documentation, and inventory control. This role requires hands-on experience in MRP, import/export procedures, and procurement compliance to ensure materials are sourced, delivered, and managed efficiently to support production continuity.
Oversee end-to-end logistics and distribution operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and ERP documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation and material flow to meet production schedules, delivery timelines, and customer requirements effectively.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers; ensure accurate use of HS Codes, Incoterms, insurance coverage, and customs documentation in all import and export activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory accuracy, streamline logistical workflows, and drive process improvement through proper implementation and periodic review of SOPs.
Manage procurement activities, including purchase order preparation, verification of import documents and pricing, and proper documentation and reporting of customs duty and SST exemptions.
Prepare, present logistics and inventory control and performance reports to management, providing data-driven insights for decision-making, while supporting staff training and development initiatives.
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics or procurement role, preferably in order processing.
Proven knowledge of Sales & Service Tax (SST) compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in using ERP system and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
