Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to lead localization planning and supplier coordination for multiple projects. You will monitor costs, align import data, and coordinate with local suppliers to ensure capacity and milestones are met.

The role requires an engineering degree with 0–3 years of experience in new energy or automotive sectors. Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia are

• Degree in engineering or equivalent combination of relevant experience and academic training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee localization planning and track progress to meet preset costs.
• Follow up supplier RFQ quotations and analyze price rationality; help set target prices.
• Align import data from China to Malaysia and verify supplier export qualifications.
• Summarize and export localization planning for Malay localization procurement policies.
• Coordinate designated projects and ensure local supplier production capacity and milestones.
• Coordinate material transfer elements to ensure timely submission of import data.
• Manage project transport costs and localization costs to hit targets.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Functions / Responsibilities / Tasks

• 1.Responsible for project localization planning and node follow-up, China transfer and localization cost monitoring, to ensure BOM reach the preset target cost
• 2. Supplier RFQ quotation follow-up, price rationality analysis, target price formulation；
• 3. Align import data from China to Malaysia and verify export qualification of suppliers
• 4. Collected, sorted out and exported the localization planning of various projects for Malay localization procurement policies
• 5. Coordinate the designated projects and manage the progress of local industrialization of designated local suppliers to ensure that the production capacity and development node requirements of each stage of the base are met
• 6. Coordinate the alignment of material transfer elements of the project to ensure the timeliness of material import information submission;
• 7. Overall management of project transport costs and localization costs to ensure the achievement of targets;
• 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

• Degree in engineering background or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and academic training will be considered

Professional experience

• 0-3years working experience in new energy and automotive industry is preferred.

• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills, strong ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. (Need contact multinational suppliers and coordinate with the HQ in China)
